  1. Hi, I attached SOLIDOWRKS model and the INSPIRE model (the model imported into INSPIRE). In SOLIDWORKS the TOP view is differnt from INSPIRE TOP view. Why is this happening? Views.SLDPRT Views.stmod
  2. Dear Evolve users, We want to bring to your notice that Evolve 2017.1 will not be supporting native solidWorks 2017 file format (part file) We expect the translators to be updated by the end of the first quarter of 2017. You will still be able to open evolve files (.evo) on solidWorks using our solidWorks plug in. Exchange of data between SolidWorks and Evolve can be done seamlessly using the parasolid (x_t and x_b) formats.
  3. I am trying to trial the software and have a number of models I want to look at testing the software on. My only problem is I cannot seem to import SolidWorks parts into Inspire, nor export in a format that works either... Is there something I am doing wrong. Inspire: OPEN -> PART.SLDPRT. OPEN -> PART.EVO SolidWorks: SAVE AS 'EVOLVE MODEL.EVO' Thanks in hope James
